Archbishop Percy was a leader in the Eastern Church of Tarim.[1]

Archbishop Percy opposed Adam Weisshaupt and nominated Cerebus to be Pope of the Eastern Church to replace Pope Harmony IV.
Later, he presided over Astoria's trial.
