Cerebus Guide to Self Publishing is a one-shot comic book published by Aardvark-Vanaheim. It contains essays on self-publishing, mostly taken from various "Note from the President" articles from Cerebus. A three-panel Cerebus strip (four if the cover is included) appears on the inside front and back covers.

Cerebus is in a book store looking over a copy of Cerebus Guide to Self Publishing. After noting the limited amount of comic art, he declares it "worse than Reads".
