Home of the Western Pontiff and seat of the most holy government of the Holy Sepran Empire. The Sanctum was rebuilt in 450, 780, and 1065 after the rebellious Southern City States' three major "Wars of Independence." The Seprans believe that when the living Tarim next appears in Earthly form, it will be in this building, probably as one of the numerous bureaucrats.

The REGENCY, Iest's oldest and most lavish hotel. Built by enslaved Pigts generations ago, it sits on the end of the upper city, and caters to the upper crust of Estarcion society, and those doing business before the Iestan Legislature.

Jeff also voiced Elrod the Albino in the animated film The Absurd, Surreal, Metaphysical, and Fractured Destiny of Cerebus the Aardvark.
