Dandy Don Duffbeer was a publisher who produced the "graphic read" Dandy Don Duffbeer's Bazaar Heroes. He came upon Cerebus and Bear as they played Five-Bar Gate beside the Wall of T'si. He gave them free hats and traded Cerebus a copy of Bazaar Heroes (featuring "The Wanker") for two hard boiled eggs.

Basis

Duffbeer and his publication are a parodies of cartoonist Don Simpson and his title Bizarre Heroes. His surname is a reference to Duff Beer from The Simpsons.
