Harmon Blakely II was a high-ranking member of Iest's legislature, and a devout Tarimite. He was raised in a monastery in the Kota Mountains. He once tried to register for PetuniaCon.
It was said that Blakely's famous relative, Cyrus N. Blakely, was the first Prime Minister of Iest and the namesake of the Iest district of Blakely.[1]
