Holland M. Hadden was a senior partner in the firm Hadden, Hadden, and Dipp.
History[]
His pet project was to sell gold-plated streetlamps. When he learns Cerebus is the new trade representative for Palnu, he gives Cerebus a check for seven hundred Iestan crowns to remember his firm and his product.
Later, Cerebus calls him back for a second audience at the Regency Hotel. Hadden gets drunk on whiskey and on the promise that (according to Cerebus) Palnu wants solid gold streetlamps. Cerebus even promises him that he will become one of the "inside people". Hadden signs a document forgiving Iest's debts to his firm, which was Cerebus' only goal.
When Cerebus pushes him out of the hotel and towards a carriage, Hadden begins to come to his senses. He knows he has made a mistake, since Cerebus has given him nothing in return. Without warning, though, the Moon Roach drops a huge stone on Hadden, killing him instantly.
