Hsifan Khanate

The Hsifan Khanate was a nomadic tribe that controlled much of the Red Marches. They were referred derogatorily as "Hsiffies".

History

• The Khanate was based north of Togith and Palnu, north and west of Iest.
• The Hsifan pushed the Conniptin Tribes north for centuries.
• Iest considered them to be a military threat.
• They had a skilled group of assassins called "Sopai".
