Mr. Van Hellemond was the Chief Medical Officer of Moosehat.

History

Van Hellemond was proprietor of the Maple Sugar Candy and Back-Bacon-on-a-Stick Concession at Moosehat Gardens and manager of the Van Hellemond Jack-a-Dandy Players theatrical company.

When Paul "Coffee" Annan collapsed during his last Five-Bar Gate Finals against Cerebus, it was Mr. Van Hellemond who declared him dead from natural causes.
