Lord Julius' Social Secretary reveals his plans
The Social Secretary to Lord Julius was a bureaucrat in the government of Palnu and one of the leaders of The Eye in the Pyramid, a rebel group devoted to the overthrow of Grandlord of Palnu Lord Julius Tavers.
History[]
When Cerebus arrived in Palnu and was named Kitchen Staff Supervisor, Lord Julius' Social Secretary provided Cerebus with insight into the nature of the bureaucracy.[1] After several attempts on the life of Lord Julius, all thwarted by Cerebus, the Social Secretary finally revealed himself after trapping Lord Julius in the Pits beneath Palnu. After challenging Cerebus to a duel, the Secretary begins to boast about his subterfuge, only to have Cerebus hit him in the head with a rock, knocking him off a bridge into a chasm below.[2]
